Beer Can Fun in Washington....

It's been a week now since we've been back. A great outing with Steve A., Bill L., Conehead and myself. Here's a few of the highlights (and one low-light) of our trip. We brought back 13 cases of dumpers plus assorted relics. Cant wait to go back!!! 2759.jpeg 2761.jpeg 2769.jpeg 2816.jpeg 2934.jpeg ...

Just upgraded my Trophy Beer 3.2% from the collection.... Dan & I went thru the totes yesterday to get an idea of what we're bringing to Canvention. This one just popped out.... Dan also added an oddball 11oz Lucky to the shelf too.

I was in Portland, Oregon last Monday and was able to meet with Scotty and split some cans he took home & cleaned from our trip in June. Nothing big but was fun to camp & dig this stuff.

Re: We will be busy for a while

We may have some of those Lone Stars, but which box is the question. Dan said Steve Fetnandas even needed a Pabst Draft from Texas. It is fun to look at the old BCCA News Reports from the 80s & 90s and check out the new issues....we have most of them just in the doubles. We haven't even touched the ...

CONEHEAD Jim Hall sighting????? (ABQ 1987)

zConehead.PNG
Is that Jim Hall on the very far left??? There is some confusion that this is from a 1987 Albuquerque Roadrunner Chapter show or some say it was in El Paso. If that is Jim, then it is definetly ABQ.

Re: We will be busy for a while

To try to sell something for only a buck or two is not worth all the time it takes to do so. Figure taking pictures of all sides of the can, then cropping and naming the photo, then posting it online...and the winning bid is a whole dollar. Ebay/Paypal will take 13%. Now I have to find a box and pac...

Don't be a wienie (my phone changed that to Senior?), get some bug spray and mosquito nets and get back to it. Whoever took your Haas knows the dump is there. It could be picked clean by the fall....plus you need to go back and find your camera!

All in all, we had a blast....lot of research and then searching for those spots. Sometimes you do everything right and $hit still happens. We avoided the rain for the most part but Bill & I still had to spend a couple nights in a motel to stay dry. 4 cases of 30s cans on Wednesday plus a bunch of I...
