Re: My collection for sale
Thanks for the concern Bob but, fortunately, it's none of the above. I actually left the hobby a while ago ( I didn't even remember my password to make this original post), now I'm just cleaning out my basement and hopefully getting some cash out of the deal.

Been having some computer issues so haven't really been able to follow up with any of this. I apologize to anyone I've kept waiting and will do all I can to get pictures out as soon as possible.
PS: Yea Mike, all of it goes, Genny stuff too. Yes Tom, getting out.

It appears I'm no longer allowed to post in the advertise section so I will attempt to put this here. I am selling my entire collection as one lot, cans, breweriana, signs, trays, books, neons, all of it. I have the complete run of Genesee including all the killers and a bunch of real oddballs, afte...

Scott (Rollert), can't read the date on the Lucky because of the opener hole but it should be a '35-'36 can.

OK, here's a couple more from my O/I collection offered for sale. This is the first time any of these have been available. PM if you're looking for specific canning codes as I may not have the exact Lilek # if that's what you're after. PM and I can look closer (I just went with the main differences,...

Some pretty elitist talk going on here in this thread, pretty much telling the little guys to stay home to keep the prices lower for the big boys. What what a fun brotherhood this hobby is at times. If I bid the minimum on the Gibbons Bock or if I bid 20 grand it will in no way affect the final sale ...

Wow, that is a very elite club indeed. Only find I can think of in the past 20 years was the Friendly Gatekeeper dump at that was over 11 years ago. Way to go Dave! Funny to think that, for a guy that's dumped Gretz Ale crowntainers, it might be a tough call to name your best find.

Just got home from the season opener. Actually got chased off the water by a nasty storm but that's OK, we were almost done anyway. The results were about what I expected. I ended up landing 5 keepers with the biggest being a pair of 2.7's, couldn't break 3# today. I was surprised to find a fair amo...

Bantam, there are 4-5 low grade dumper New England Beers and one indoor but very offgrade example. Ortliebs Bock Ale I believe there are at least 4 dumers but no ongrades. Great cans. The Golden Rod is a great example of what (I think) you're talking about. One rolled can known to exist for years bu...

Killer Bay State Mark! Beer Can Bible wish list? That's easy! Willows O/I, Black Eagle O/I, and copper 12 Horse O/I. No, YOU found a bunch there, I didn't find any! In fact the only one I brought home was the one you chucked in my hole when I wasn't looking. That dump was a blast though, that was one of the funnest dumps we ever dug in my opinion. I really enjoyed that dig.
