GREAT WHITE "STRIPE" BUFFALO

A couple of error cans from the 30s...........sheet cut wrong on the GB giving a thick red stripe at bottom and tiny red at top and offset white making a "rare" Great White "Stripe" Buffalo !!!

A couple of oddballs, by 1969 Burgermeister was sold under Burgermeister brewing...but these 2 say Schlitz SF and LA and Burgermeister brewing stamped on bottom...bizzarre!

Anyone else have these?

The can on the right is the new one...doesn't have draught beer flavor....not in the book ( the one in the book is SOFT top not Aluminum Top).........I pulled it out of the pile, it was badly dented, Handed over to Dale and he had it straightened in 5 minutes. Was going to put it on eBay but compare...

There was some requirement in 1937 or 38 , that the Can company info had to be separate from the Brewery info...hence sometimes you find a line separating where the OI panel and Keglined info was....this could have been the first attempt to comply

I picked up a $300 Mitchells glass for $5 at a bottle show..............Ed scored me an indoor Lisco cone for $100 at a bottle show

Cans are far and few between but good deals when you do find them

My picker friend found this for me a while ago....I went to breweriana.com to get the date code and when I looked at this can , I noticed it had the patent info printed on the seam, it also didn't have Keglined anywhere on the can.
